2 Days Morocco Sahara Tour
Overview:
In this Morocco Sahara Tour, you have 2 days to you can visit the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, Zagora, and finally Erg Lihoudi where we will take you camel riding.
Itinerary:
Day 1: Marrakesh – Kasbah Ait Benhaddou – Ouarzazate – Zagora – Erg Lihoudi
Our Morocco Sahara Tour of 2 days will start after we pick you up from your accommodation with comfortable transportation. We will be passing the stunning High Atlas Mountains, spectacular view scenery, and ever-changing landscape along the way.
On the way, you will have many stops to take pictures at some splendid spots. Next, we will visit the magnificent Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou – a UNESCO World Heritage site. Lunch will be at a nice restaurant in the Kasbah.
Then, we continue via Ouarzazate across the Anti-Atlas traveling through Draa Valley, the biggest oasis in Morocco, taking pictures of many local Berber villages – Kasbahs. After we have passed the town of Zagora, and as the evening approaches, the road thins to a narrow ribbon, and the sand blows across you. Then, you will be driven towards Erg Lihoudi, where you will spend the night in a private tent and have a Moroccan traditional tagine for dinner.
Day 2: Erg Lihoudi – Tamgroute – Derra Valley – Marrakesh
In the early morning, you will enjoy a typical Berber breakfast in Erg Lihoudi. Then watch the sunrise from a camel ride in the dunes. Our next destination will be Tamgrout, where will visit the Kasbah and have lunch. Later, we will drive back to Marrakech, passing through the High Atlas Mountains. Around 7 pm, we will get to Marrakech, where our Morocco Sahara Tour of 2 days will end.
