3 Days Marrakech, Merzouga and Fes Tour

Day 1: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Dades gorges

To start our Marrakech, Merzouga and Fes Tour, you will be met at your hotel by one of our drivers and transported to Dades via the High Atlas and the Tizi-n-Tichka.

We will travel along a road that rises from the plains up to 2260 m through small villages, small waterfalls, and colorful mountains. You can take a break on the pass for a cup of refreshing mint tea and enjoy the scenery before hitting the road to the Kasbah Ait Benhaddou.

After a lunch break, we will visit the famous Ait Benhaddou Kasbah, the UNESCO World Heritage site. It has been the scene of movies like Gladiator, Babel, Lawrence of Arabia, The Legionnaire, and many others.

Then, we’ll go through Ouarzazate, the famous Valley of the Roses, and Dades Valley to reach the Dades Gorge in time for the sunset where we stop in a very traditional and romantic hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Dades gorges – Todra gorges – Rissani – Merzouga

After breakfast, you can walk through the Dades, then take the car to roll down the road of 1000 Kasbahs. We will arrive in  Todra arrival by lunchtime. Take a walk in the gorge before taking the road to the desert of Merzouga via Rissani and Erfoud before sunset.

From there, we will leave our car at the hotel. Then, we’ll ride camels through the dunes of Erg Chebbi for an unforgettable night in a Berber tent. We will have dinner accompanied by the beat of drums and songs of Berbers, Tuaregs, and populations of southern Morocco. Under millions of stars, you will sleep for the night.

The next day, the camel driver will wake you up to reach the highest dune of 200 m and view the sunrise at the border with Algeria. We will return to the hotel after breakfast in a Berber tent.

Day 3: Merzouga desert – Marrakech

After we enjoy the view of the sunrise in the morning, we’ll take a camel ride back to Merzouga. Then, we join our transportation for our trip through the Atlas Mountains for our return trip to Marrakech.
